A nostalgic, underground jazz night.
Saxophonist Mornington Lockett and trumpeter Alistair Martin perform an evening celebrating the music of Miles Davis from the period between 1954 and 1968. Accompanied by Kezia Abuoma on piano, Tom Sheen on bass, and Finn Genockey on drums, the quintet interprets Davis's post-bop compositions alongside commentary and background anecdotes.
