SOUND OF SWEAT is a guided sound experience hosted by Haitian multidisciplinary artist and energy practitioner Christine Alfred and NYC-based teacher Sam Wilensky. Combining sauna sessions with sound meditation, this outdoor garden experience encourages participants to unwind after work, connect with the community, and engage in a therapeutic sound journey. Participants are welcome to book sauna slots that lead into guided meditation sessions. The event prioritizes a safe, inclusive, and sober environment, operating on leave-no-trace principles.
