Heartmode is a site-specific performance unfolding as a psychoacoustic experiment, blending snippets from Krista Papista's new album 'Euro Divas' with ritual elements and wind instruments. The Berlin-based artist and music producer explores connections between contemporary Cypriot, Levantine, and Balkan music and ritual, creating a hybrid of Mediterranean mysticism, experimental EDM, and tsifteteli. Papista has presented her work internationally at venues and festivals such as Schinkel Pavillon, Boiler Room, Fusion Festival, and Art Explora. Part of the Athens Epidaurus Festival AΦTER series.
