After a year-long hiatus, SYNTHBIOSIS returns with its signature lineup of local live electronics punctuated with a DJ set, finding a new home at Bossa Nova Civic Club. SEV1 uses samplers and modular synths to improvise percussive, deep, and hypnotic live techno sets. Janus Rose is a producer, DJ, and hardware electronic artist whose practice emphasizes modular synthesis, live hardware performance, and leftfield DJ sets with a club-forward sound palette. Constructible draws inspiration from early experimental dance scenes to curate minimal grooves, ambient organic textures, and air-thickening psychedelia.
