Pretty much a shot-for-shot remake of Citizen Kane but with an anthropomorphic dolphin instead of Orson Wells.

When people ask “why are you so weird or dorky or messy” or whatever, you know basically “how did you end up this way”…Well, I grew up watching crap like this with minimal parental interference so you do the math!
No film goes for broke like a Troma film.Toxie 4 is no exception. It’s sensory overload from the get go, pure insanity that never lets up. Cluttered mayhem spitting all the gore and grossout you could want. Not to mention plenty of boobs and offensive humor as a cherry on top. Just like most Troma films (especially those directed by Lloyd himself), it’s an acquired taste. If you want an idea of how insane this really is, it starts with a school for the “special” (it’s Troma, you know what to expect) being held hostage by the “Diaper Mafia”, so Toxie disguises himself as a buxom bikini reporter so him and his sidekick Lard-Ass can infiltrate the school. Theres multiple boobs, lots of gooey rubbery gore, jokes aimed at the autistic (among others), and it ends with his fat sidekick eating a bomb that rips a hole in our dimension. All of that before the plot even started.Oh yeah, it’s also a multiverse film with an evil alternate Toxie! So Troma was doing this way before Disney took the idea and fucked it into the ground. It’s also chock full of Troma regulars that are always fun to see. Theres plenty of cameos too, Lemy, Stan Lee, Julie Strain, and Corey Feldman among others. Even a young James Gunn and Eli Roth pop up!It’s not quite as good as the original Toxic Avenger, but it’s the only one to have grown men wear fetus costumes and fight each other with mops inside a womb. So it’s still good.
