"Adios-y, Bela Lugosi"Oh my, what was this film by John De Hart? It's a hot mess that feels like a 300,000 dollar self indulgent film in the "vain" of Neil Breen but it does beat him to the punch by about a decade. There is so much going on here to question, I mean the story just goes everywhere even if it keeps it tight with the amount of characters involved and recurring cheap location sets. This is really a five tool film of ineptness and the audacity to star as the lead that lacks charisma is a sight to behold. Wings Hauser is just ad-libbing lines and seems like he is on something with his bonkers performance plus William Smith is really just picking up a paycheck as he sounds raspy as hell and is not adding anything to the material emotionally but I don't really blame him because how could you with such a perplexing script. Oh and those sex scenes that are painful to watch and last the length of his songs to watch are quite unbearable. So as much as I have trashed this film I do have to say it makes for a fun watch with a group of friends and a few tall cold ones just don't expect logic,cinematography,acting,dialogue,proper sets,good music,etc... because nothing about this is even-keeled."Champagne and Bullets" cut
