ゴジラ ファイナルウォーズ
Humanity finally rids themselves of Godzilla, imprisoning him in an icy tomb in the South Pole. All is peaceful until various monsters emerge to lay waste to Earth's cities. Overwhelmed, humanity is seemingly saved by a race of benevolent aliens known as Xiliens. But not all is what it seems with these bizarre visitors. this is the most batshit movie ever made oh my god it just doesn't stop
Godzilla and Friends Marathon: 45 of 46This movie is too crazy not to love. I mean, this is truly some glorious madness. It's essentially a batshit crazy, live-action anime that combines a Japanese X-men knockoff with a remake of Destroy All Monsters, and even throws in a dash of The Matrix. It's also the main reason to watch all of the Godzilla-related Toho films in addition to the ones that feature Godzilla. This film references and/or includes elements from dozens of films, including stuff like Gorath and Atragon. It also includes a metric fuckton of kaiju, even going so far as to include the 1998 American Godzilla (aka Zilla). Hell, there's even an upgraded version of Gigan with dual chainsaws in place of each hand. So, we've got alien invaders, a gaggle of kaiju, and super-powered mutants, all wrapped up in a plot that would feel at home in a Saturday morning cartoon. Sure, it has its flaws. The CG effects, as with many of the Millennium-era films, leave a bit to be desired. Also, they brought back Minilla. None of that matters, however, when you consider just how satisfying all of the insanity is. This thing is nonstop action from beginning to end. Godzilla, at one point, must battle his way through a series of alien-controlled kaiju that feels like something out of a video game, some of which he absolutely decimates. I mean, there are multiple kaiju decapitations in this thing. It may not be the best Godzilla film, but it's definitely one of the most fun.
Humanity must resurrect Godzilla to defend Earth against a massive wave of monsters controlled by a sinister alien race.
Godzilla: Final Wars was directed by Ryuhei Kitamura in 2004 as the 50th-anniversary entry for the franchise.
