Type of shit my dad thinks he can do in shorts
Absolutely stunning, beautiful, and inspiring movie! Knew almost nothing about it going in but wanted to see some scenic outdoor scenery and my goodness did it exceed my expectations. One of the better documentaries I’ve ever seen in terms of inspirational and the story telling switching between past and present (my fav way to tell a story). Literally some of the best scenery and sound I’ve ever witnessed, elite cinematic experience. This was my first time watching a movie at Tiff and my mom’s too so once the movie ended and the whole crew talked about the movie and answered some questions, it lowkey made me emotional seeing them in person and talking about their experience of making the film. Overall great experience and I’m a tiff fan for life.
The film follows Romanian ultramarathoner Tiberiu Ușeriu as he competes in extreme endurance races while confronting his past incarceration and personal demons.
