This is a film that doesn’t simply entertain, but expands the very possibilities for South Asian storytelling. Man oh man mark my words, Bassam Tariq is one of the greats. His voice will endure. And we are fortunate to witness the rise of a truly landmark filmmaker. (Also if you haven’t seen Mogul Mowgli yet, do yourself a favour!!)
