Kō Mihashi (1895–1962) was a Japanese character actor active primarily in the pre-war and post-war Japanese cinema era. He is remembered for his supporting roles in films from the 1930s through the early 1960s, including appearances in Masaki Kobayashi's The Human Condition III: A Soldier's Prayer and Hiroshi Inagaki's Samurai II: Duel at Ichijoji Temple.
