Tasos Halkias
Anastasios (Tasos) Chalkias (Athens, January 22, 1952) is a Greek actor. He was born in Athens, originally from Zagora Pelion. He graduated from the Drama School of the National Theater in 1974 with honors. His teachers are Angelos Terzakis, Yiannis Sideris, Maria Hors, Mary Aroni, Katerina Andreadis and Eleni Hatziargyri. He started his career in the 1970s and from 1978 to 1990 he was a member of the National Theatre. He has participated in many television series, movies as well as theater performances. He is the founder of the Higher School of Acting "First Act". He has collaborated with the National Theater and with a multitude of Greek actors, with whom he staged shows in Epidaurus and also toured throughout Greece.
