An underground, nostalgic blues artist.
Aaron Levin Harder is a former blues musician who was mostly active from mid- to late 2010's in Berlin, Germany. Influenced by the likes of Son House, R.L. Burnside, John Lee Hooker, Howlin' Wolf, and many more, he created his own distinct sound while at the same time retaining clear references to his roots. He did not produce a lot of material due to his short activity, but gained some form of local attention due to his unique appearance, combining the 90’s hip-hop style with his raw and authentic performance that was reminiscent of the 50’s and 60’s country blues - all while being only 20 years old. In April 2016, Harder founded Purple Eternity Records as a tribute to late music icon Prince, and started to release his own music in mid-2019 after a period of inactivity. After many failed attempts to produce and release new material under the acronym ALH (Abundance in Love and Harmony) in the early 2020's, Harder went on to play a couple of shows before retiring as a musician at the end of 2024 all together. He eventually shifted his focus on working with other artists and is now active as an executive producer and creative director, also continuing to operate his label Purple Eternity Records.
