Alecs DeLarge
An underground, nostalgic lo-fi beats artist.
Tracks5
Producer and rapper Alecs DeLarge has been pressing buttons on a sampler since Freddos were 10p, combining boom bap sensibilities with everything from bugged out psychedelia to smoky R&B. Hailing from sunny Sheffield, Alecs spent his formative years sharpening his skills in youth clubs, pirate radio and local stages, before making the move to Bristol. Becoming active in the lo-fi beat scene, he released several underground EPs until reaching international renown with his projects, S950 Bumps and Astro Livin . In 2023 Alecs showcased his skills both behind the boards and on the microphone, releasing the epic The Album To End All Alien Abductions with juggernaut King Kashmere and his own solo debut, Alecs in Wonderland. After a short hiatus from solo projects, Alecs returns with BEER MONEY, the first single and title track from his upcoming album, BEER MONEY, produced by longtime collaborator Freddy Pimms.
