Black Mountain Journey are a four-piece hard rock/heavy metal band from Athens, Greece, formed in 2024. Their sound is primarily inspired by the “old-school” heavy bands of the 70s, 80s, and to some degree the 90s, whilst also injecting fresh elements of their own. The band's material ranges from fast and heavy riff-driven songs that deal with anger, madness, war etc., to slower and more melodious pieces with introspective lyrics, thus blending harshness with harmony.
