Bomsh is an MC and vocalist from Hamburg, Germany. At his first drum and bass event in 2000 at Hafenklang in Hamburg, the originally booked MC disappeared. Bomsh spontaneously took the mic and discovered his love for it. From that moment on, it was impossible to imagine the Hamburg drum and bass scene without him—you’d mostly spot him at Drumburg, Hoch10, and Drumbule raves. Bomsh’s voice and style move between hip hop and dancehall, shifting from straight-up rap to melodic vibes, always adapting perfectly to what the tune calls for. While his focus has always been on live performances, Bomsh has also established himself as a studio MC and vocalist, collaborating with various producers and bringing his energetic vocal style to recorded drum and bass productions. Over the years, he has worked with producers such as Brazed, Feed The Fire, Scurrow, DJ Fu, Smuskind, O&P, Brian Brainstorm, Eskei 83, Ekhoji, and Remote Kontrol, steadily expanding his catalogue of releases.
