Born a Rebel

BORN A REBEL blends rap and progressive metal into a rare, intense fusion that will explode in your ears! Politically left-wing, their lyrics champion freedom of expression while denouncing racism and authoritarianism. Strong driving drumbeats mixed with fat basslines and punchy bright metal guitars create an ear popping blend of heavy hitting metal music that will get you hooked and keep you coming back for more. Through their politically charged lyrics the band openly moves against mass surveillance, state terror, greed driven warfare, racism, social disparity and actively stands up for social equality, free speech, civil rights and world peace. Their single, “DETOX”, has had significant success, reaching #3 on the Amazon charts, #13 in new hard rock and metal releases, and #23 in hard rock and metal bestsellers. With the song „VENGEANCE“ they‘ve been #3 on the Austrian Indie-Charts. Radio stations like Star FM, Alex Berlin and internet channels have included the song in their program. MusiX, Germany's highest-circulation music magazine, wrote: "A real crossover grenade, BORN A REBEL are throwing an alternative grenade in the style of Linkin Park or Papa roach at us with DETOX. The song pushes and grooves as if crossover and nu metal had never left." Their label 7hard describes BORN A REBEL as an “important band” in this genre. Last year they’ve been hard at work on their next studio album, set for release in 2027. www.linktr.ee/BORNAREBEL Booking: Redlionmusic
