Carlos de Matos

Carlos de Matos is a UK based Trance DJ/Producer, who has been supporting various promoters across England and Europe. Carlos has had the privilege of playing events held at London’s Electric Brixton, The Brixton O2 Academy, the world famous The Ministry of Sound and international in Malta for Colour Clash and The Euphoria Weekender. In 2018 his passion for trance took him to the world of production and he released his first track “Alkonost” in June 2020 on D.Max Recordings. In the summer of 2021 he had his track “Gift of Love” signed to FSOE, reaching the top 50 in the Trance Top 100 charts. In 2022 he released “Renaissance” under his alias CDM Projekt with HQ Recordings. He than had further releases in 2023 with “Perpetual Cycle” and “Infinite” on Future Force Recordings and has since had other releases on Juiced Recordings (Longer Strides) and Future Force Fusion (11:49 Praha) amongst a few others. Carlos’ podcast, Escapism, now brings well known artist guest mixes, with Alex Di Stefano being a previous guest. Carlos loves being behind the decks and his sets bring a blend of uplifting and the harder sub-genre to the dance floor. Be ready to be entertained!
