CHATTERMAG
A raw, underground punk artist.
“Pick up the phone, Kate!” 'Chattermag is a rebellious, fresh mix of young energy, hard riffs and powerful vocals.' from The Hague. And they keep getting better. The band name comes from Orlam, a collection of poems by PJ Harvey. The singer, Kate Oram, bought the book after attending her lecture. She came across the word chattermag almost immediately. A magpie is a chattermag in the Dorset dialect.
