DALAND is a North London based artist backed by Bobby (producer/guitar hero), Barbie (bass), Martha (creative muse/backing vocals), Fach (rhythm guitar) and Louis (drums). Live, their sound is a sonic explosion of distorted melodies and vocal intensity. Shaped by influences like Iggy Pop, The Dandy Warhols, Sex Pistols , Nirvana and Britney Spears. DALAND blends rock music with a punk attitude and an inevitable pop twang. Following an extensive run with bands Lion Machine 23 and La Armada Cósmica - opening for Arctic Monkeys, Queens of the Stone Age, Marilyn Manson, Muse, Cage the Elephant, Johnny Marr and The Hives - DALAND returns with his solo project. Debut album RADIO/ACTIVE is set for release later this year.
