Dave Demon is a visionary artist at the forefront of techno innovation, drawing from a rich background in underground hardtechno/schranz. With twenty years of experience in the hardtechno scene, Dave felt compelled to reinvent his artistic vision and explore new realms of creation. In 2021, he embarked on a journey to challenge the boundaries between industrial techno and hardtechno, infusing his compositions with a progressive edge and the result was his track “The Penitent One” released by Definition of Hardtechno. Embracing analog and modular synthesis, Dave crafted a unique system to meld these influences with digital elements, resulting in a sound that defies categorization. Venturing into hardtechno in 2002, Dave swiftly gained recognition for his pounding productions and fresh take on the genre. Releases on ZXY Music (CD Compilation Schranz Total 13, Techno 2024), Soundscape Recordings by Dennis Bauer, Definition of Hardtechno, cemented his status as the hardtechno demon in the underground scene.
