A homegrown, underground skate punk act.
Dealing With Damage are a Proto Next Wave band from London who have spent more of their collective lives than is advisable playing in bands like Sink, Done Lying Down, K-Line, Fraff, Honey Smugglers and Jerry Built to name a few. Since their formation in 2015, they have shared stages with heroes and friends old and new as they play as frequently as life allows. They released their debut album ‘Ask The Questions‘ on Little Rocket Records in early 2020, just as the pandemic hit and followed this with their second album ‘Use The Daylight' (2023), written and recorded in the midst of the pandemic and subject to all of pitfalls and challenges that that entailed. Two split EPs were released in 2024: one with Dinosaur Skull and the second with Moron Butler. 2025 saw a move to new label, Serial Bowl, and the release of a new single, "Wrong Sometimes". A 3rd album, "The London Particular" is being released in late February 2026, preceded by "The Inconvenience of Democracy" an EP featuring one song from the 3rd album paired with a couple of feisty live versions of older tracks recorded in London in 2025.
