Death Goals
A high-energy, queer mathcore artist.
Death Goals are a Queercore duo from United Kingdom. Consisting of vocalist/guitarist Harry Bailey and drummer/vocalist George Milner, the band combine post-hardcore, screamo and noise rock to create a true cacophony of power. Lyrically, the band explore themes of queer identity, mental health and political activism through their music; often blurring the lines between metaphor and realism to convey their message. Having released several tracks & EPs with numerous different drummers since Harry Bailey started the band in 2017, George Milner joined the band in 2020 as a permanent member and the duo began working on their debut LP 'The Horrible And The Miserable' (self-release, June 2021). The record received high appraisal, which in turn caught the attention of renowned US heavy music label Prosthetic Records; who signed the band the same year. After touring the record and cementing themselves as a must-see live act, the band returned to the studio in 2022 to work on their 2023 sophomore album & label debut; A Garden Of Dead Flowers. A Garden Of Dead Flowers would release on May 5th 2023, and be remarked as a step-up for the band. Showcasing the band’s wider pop & alternative rock influences, the record helped the band hone their unique sound that would lead them to be known as a staple of the UK Queercore scene. 2024 would see the band continue on with this growth - releasing singles Knife Bouquet and COVO alongside a split with US Screamo band Dreamwell.
