Deformer is the Hardcore Jungle and Breakcore alias of Rotterdam multidisciplinary artist Mike Redman. As Deformer, he’s released several albums and EP's, mostly on his own label Redrum Recordz, since the mid-’90s. Deformer has collaborated with iconic artists such as Public Enemy, David Vincent (ex-Morbid Angel), Angerfist and many others. Deformer has pioneered a hybrid aggressive musicform merging different music genres that would later be labeled as 'Breakcore'. A true visionary in the scene, live shows include grisly performance antics and subversive visuals to disrupt all the senses. Renowned music magazine DJmag once stated that 'Deformer operates in a category of one'.
