Deterrents
Deterrents is an upcoming, four-piece, alternative rock band from Greece. Formed in 2021, they have developed a passion for songwriting with a diverse spectrum of inspirations and released their debut single in May 2023. Having participated in many festivals and live shows in their home country, they appeared on Greek Radio TV (ERT) in 2023, performing their debut single “Hopeless With a Gun”. In February 2024 they released their new single, along with a Video Clip, titled “Just From Breathing” collaborating with Panic Records. In September 2024, they got selected and participated in the biggest student festival in Greece, titled “Schoolwave Festival”. They are still collaborating to this day, with their latest performance being in Technopolis Athens. On May 23rd 2025, they released their debut EP “Unwiring” with 5 new songs. They now have applied their song for the Greek National Final of the Eurovision Song Contest. With Giannis Tsarsitalidis on Vocals and Rhythm , Stelios Oikonomou on Drums , Thanos Xatzinikolaou on Bass and George Dossaras on Lead. Contact/Bookings: deterrentsband@gmail.com
