Duo Aramai
An underground, nostalgic classical artist.
The Duo Aramai was formed in 2020 in Barcelona, from the desire of two musicians, Adriana Aranda on vocals and Simón Maisano on guitar, to discover and interpret a repertoire for voice and guitar. Two trajectories are united with a common ground for exploration: the song genre; this passion has led to the creation of a program of Latin American composers that they present in Toledo and later in Barcelona, and that makes them delve into a little-explored repertoire and in the production of their own transcriptions. They have performed in different locations across Spain and at various festivals including Art Llobet Festival, Garrigues Guitar Fest and including their international intervention at the first Ibero-American Guitar Summit. They also explore contemporary repertoire and have recorded unpublished works of new creation.
