An underground indie rock artist.
With a sound born of a childhood love for brit pop, lyricism and an obsession with self expression, Eden J Howells is quickly emerging as indie music’s new queer icon. The London based artist’s long-awaited sophomore EP, “people watching”, came out on September 12th, and is supported by Youth Music’s NextGen Fund. The project includes standout track "aphrodite", which saw Eden get their first Spotify Editorial playlist spot on Fresh Finds Folk. Eden celebrates the project at their headline EP release show at The Lexington on 30th September. 2025 so far has seen the alternative folk-rock rising star continue to garner industry attention, and to grow their cult online following, ready to take 2026 by storm. "Really raw and unique talent... Such an exciting journey ahead for Eden J Howells." - Jodie Bryant
