Estertor

Estertor, was born at the beginning of 2016, composed of veteran musicians from the Catalan extreme scene active in bands such as Onirophagus, Decapitated Christ, Blazemth, Falç, Wild Road Rollers, Ered, Ouija or Bloodkult. In 2017 they released their first studio album “Buried in Morningside”, influenced by old school thrash metal, this led them to play around the country, making themselves known in the extreme scene. In 2021, the band releases “Tales from the ancient grave”; a tribute to the classic horror films of the 70's/80's, such as Maniac, The sentinel, The Thing... With a mix of influences from groups such as Bathory, Sodom, Death, Celtic Frost or Sepultura among others. In 2022, with a new line-up, they will present “Tales From The Ancient Grave” live, having a very good reception from the public, promoters and media. Later, thanks to Deaf Sparrow, they made a red splatter edition vinyls (USA) and a few months later, thanks to CaraBrecol, Global Help Records and Little Jan's Hammer, the green splatter edition and black edition (EU) were the latter. Sold out in a few weeks. Estertor travel inside and outside the country and present their new work at well-known festivals on the scene such as “Fortalessa Open Air”, “Masters Of Insanity” sharing tables with bands such as Necrophobic, Sacramentum, Vidres a la Sang, Violblast, Reaktion… Currently, in 2024, in addition to doing concerts, the band is focused on working on what will be their next album
