Formed in 2020 in the Berlin/Brandenburg region of Germany, Fist in Face gave that attitude a name: Punch Rock. More than a genre, Punch Rock is built on heavy riffs, infectious hooks, and honest lyrics inspired by the highs, lows, pressure, freedom, and unforgettable moments of everyday life. It doesn’t ask you to escape reality—it gives you a reason to face it with the volume turned all the way up. Their debut album, Permission to Punch, features 11 original tracks, including Wake Up, First Song, and the title track Permission to Punch. In 2025, the band earned 2nd place at the SPH Music Masters, marking an important milestone in their journey. Fronted by Philip Ehmke, with Stephan Sellnies on guitar and sharing vocal duties, Konstantin Wilberg on drums, and Andreas Kuba on bass, Fist in Face combines raw energy with memorable songwriting to create music that leaves an impact long after the final chord.
