An underground neo soul artist.
Georgy Morhea is a rising artist in the world of Black pop music, blending soulful storytelling with genre-defying grooves and captivating presence. Born and raised in Amsterdam, in a musical Surinamese family, music has always been her first language. From Neo-Soul to Jazz and Latin, Funk to Gospel and R&B, Georgy’s sound reflects the layers of her identity: sexy, warm, bold, strong, feminine, and free. Her live show with her band ‘The Glo Collective’ is where it all comes to life: powerful vocals, lush harmonies, horns, rhythm, style, and intention. She’s not here to play it safe, she’s here to unbox every version of herself, and bring the audience along for the journey. Off stage, Georgy is also the founder of Beats Books & Bites, a multidisciplinary concept that merges live music, storytelling, food and culture. And above all, she’s a mother, building a legacy her kids can dance to. Her debut single UNBOXED dropped 22.08. It’s raw, reflective, and full of GLO. Just like her.
