GILDAS BOCLÉ Doublebass-composition Graduated with honors from Rennes & Versailles conservatories of music (france) in 1981 & 1982. Performed in various symphony orchestras including T.V. shows and summer festivals. Enrolled at Berklee College of Music (Boston) in 1983. Performed with: Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Pass, Clark Terry, Dave Liebman, Peter Erskine, Pat Metheny, Kenny Wheeler, Kenny Barron, Diana Krall, Danilo Perez, Michael Brecker Richard Galliano, Jon Hendricks, Francis Cabrel, Jean Jacques Milteau, Michel Legrand, Denez Prigent, Aldo Romano, Nguyen Le, Didier Lockwood, Daniel Humair, Martial Solal… Toured with the Gary Burton Quintet from 1986 to ‘89, Montreux, North Sea, Umbria, Paris Jazz Festival, etc Toured with Maynard Ferguson in the U.S. and Japan in 1990-91. Has toured with the Gipsy Kings in 2000, 01.
