The Slow Show Frontman Gets Personal’ Stepping into the spotlight alone, Goodwin crafts intimate tales of love, loss, and quiet bravery. In late 2023 during a respite in touring with his band, GOODWIN started to work on something for himself. A collection of intimate recordings, stories more suited to a quieter, rawer space. Inspired by the moody atmospheres of Leonard Cohen and Nick Drake, these deeply personal songs have vulnerability at their core. Romantic, dreamlike stories for people to curl up and escape in.
