A nostalgic, polished chamber music act.
Greenwich Trio was formed in 2006 by Lana Trotovšek (violin), Stjepan Hauser/ HAUSER (cello) and Yoko Misumi (piano). They went separate ways in 2011, nonetheless they have until then achieved much recognition. They won many prizes including the Solti Foundation Award and gave notable performances at the Reinghau Musik Festival, Festival Santander, Ljubljana Festival, Festival Estoril, Emilia Romagna Festival, Chipping Camden, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, London’s Kings Place etc. Bernard Greenhouse described them as “the new Beaux Arts Trio”. In 2019 they started performing together again with Canadian cellist Heather Tuach. For 2021/22 season they are embarking on a recording of the complete Brahms Trios.
