Blending bass-heavy club sounds and atmospheric textures, Hartta draws influences from across the hardcore continuum in a unique and personal way. Born in Sevilla, the founder of label & club night Dead Trax soaked himself in the UK's sound system culture during his formative years in Bristol, heavily impacting his creative path. Releasing on labels from across the globe such as Banoffee Pies Records, Oddities, 3 Feet Deep Records or Branch Points, his music gained support by likes of Tom Ravenscroft, Breaka, Holloway, DJ ADHD or Henry Greenleaf - parallelly working under the names Sabasonik (w/ SØL aka solla) and T'iwu. In 2024, Hartta released Euphoria Jones on Industrias94 featuring a remix by BAZOFIA. Supported by DALILA at the first ever Boiler Room In Andalucía (2022), cthe EP elebrated the early 90s hardcore rave sounds. Simultaneously, a collaborative EP with Clare Durant launched the London label Oddities, exploring high-octane bass music and culminating in debut performances at Istanbul, Madrid or London. 2025 saw the release of What It's All About (ft. Clare Durant) and The Happy Hardcore Hit Of The Summer (ft. Ekto) on the 16-track compilation celebrating 5 years of Dead Trax, as well as return to 3 Feet Deep Records with Sweat. With a forthcoming 12" release on Flumo Recordings (ft. solla + a remix by Denham Audio) and many more releases in the pipeline, Hartta keeps pushing boundaries and perfecting his unmistakable sound.
