Hailing from Besançon, the band draws its influences from Post-Metal and Post-Hardcore. Its music oscillates between intensity and depth, alternating aggressive passages driven by dark female screams and more tortured flights sometimes brushing against Post-Black. With their first album "ILL," HØLLS offers long, dense, and immersive tracks, where the richness of their influences serves a raw and palpable emotion. An album praised by the specialized press (Rock Hard, Rolling Stone…), which allowed the band to play around thirty shows including some festivals in France (FIMU, Biergarten…) or abroad (Metal Gates Festival, Black Moth Fest, etc.), as well as several opening acts for international artists like Sylvaine and Witch Fever.
