An underground entehno act from the local scene.
Banda Entopica is a traditional music street band based in Thessaloniki, blending clarinet, trumpet, accordion and davul into a vibrant mix of traditional and modern Balkan music. The word “Entopica” refers to the dialect of the Slavic-speaking populations of Macedonia, commonly called “Ntopika” - in Greek, meaning the local language. Their live performances are shaped by the idea of tradition as a living, everyday experience - through music, dance and strong interaction with the audience.
