J Beatz

Jason Jules, aka J Beatz, is a 32 year old producer/DJ that hails from the London borough of Enfield. Despite always having had a passion for music, after being brought up on Hip Hop, R&B UK Garage and eventually grime, it wasn’t until he turned 12 that J first decided to try his hand at making music himself. Armed with a demo copy of FL Studio and influenced by the young grime stars emerging in his home city at that time, it wasn’t long before he had decided to pursue his own musical career. He has worked with some of the UK’s biggest MCs from the likes of Kano, Big Narstie, AJ Tracey, Frisco, Flow Dan, P Money, Wiley and having his tracks played on stations such as Rinse FM, Kiss 100, Kiss Fresh, Capital Xtra, BBC Asian Network, BBC Radio One, 1Xtra etc. He's also had media coverage from Complex UK, Trench Mag, The Fader, DJ Mag, Dummy Mag, Mixmag, Red Bull, Rwd Mag etc.
