Jaume Llombart

"Fluttering wings" So golden, so angelic, so infuriatingly invisible That beat so steady inside our chests and minds With the beautiful constant motion of a spark on the fuse of an explosion That teaches the disciple to rise up To lift their filthy, dusty feet off the ground Using that silky, constant movement that feels so good to manipulate and control To squeeze tighter or gently get slower or faster Or stronger in our intensions In the architectural designs of our palatial destinies So personal, so important Too important that we forget the ecstasy of our constant, back and forth motion That thrusts and thrives only in that uncatchable moment When our hands dance across our bodies, our instruments, our machines That are pumping the juice out into the center of the universe Where it all begins again to Jump and not come down Until the next time When the mask of innocent bliss is gently and so, so lovingly Pulled over our eyes That are looking far off into the distant, holographic perfection.
