Jay Carder’s unique blend of UK bass, techno and breaks has led to her steady rise over recent years, selling out headline UK shows in 2022, and embarking on her first international tours in 2023. Jay released her first EP 'Entropy' on FAUX POLY at the end of 2022. It saw support from the likes of Martyn, Bakey, dBridge, Jossy Mitsu and gained plays across Rinse, NTS and various underground platforms as well as Radio 1 and 6Music, where 'Eva's Stoned' was playlisted for 3 weeks in January 2023. Since then, she's released on Neighbourhood, Wisdom Teeth and Earful of Wax, with more incoming for 2025. A true lover of radio, Jay showcases her sound every Monday on Rinse FM alongside the likes of Hessle Audio and Tasha. Annie Nightingale championed her as one of her scholarship DJs, with Jay's Radio 1 show airing in November 2023.
