Joey Daniel

With over two decades behind the decks and in the studio, Joey Daniel has built a reputation on consistency and a clearly defined musical identity. His groove-driven sound has taken him from the Dutch underground to a strong position within the international house circuit, performing across clubs and festivals worldwide. Moving between intimate club settings and peak-time moments, he stays true to his signature: hypnotic, driving and timeless. A defining moment came in 2015, when he first performed for Music On, leading to a full-season residency in 2016 and marking the start of his international breakthrough. A standout moment followed at Sunwaves Festival, where he closed the main stage with an extended 10+ hour set, further cementing his presence on the global circuit. He continues to be part of Music On, reflecting a long-standing relationship with the brand. Over the years, he has performed at leading events including Paradise, Solid Grooves, Sunwaves, Sonus, Awakenings, Creamfields, Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa. In the studio, Joey’s output reflects the same philosophy as his DJ sets: groove-led, understated and built for longevity. His releases on labels such as Cuttin’ Headz, Moon Harbour, Knee Deep In Sound, Get Physical and his own imprint, SiO Records, focus on records that stand the test of time.
