Kamma & Masalo

Rarely do you see DJs and producers complement each other as seamlessly as Kamma & Masalo. Their sound reflects Amsterdam’s tradition of eclecticism and a deep respect for the pioneers of dance music, bridging old and new with a free-spirited energy. Kamma & Masalo began playing back-to-back sets in 2014 at their Brighter Days party, now a long-running series known for its warm atmosphere, strong sound systems and carefully curated lineups that bring together established artists and emerging talent. In 2026 the duo launched their own label, Brighter Discs, extending the spirit of Brighter Days into recorded form. Longtime collaborators of Amsterdam institutions like Rush Hour and Dekmantel, the duo remain closely connected to the city’s record digging culture while playing clubs and festivals around the world. Their approach stays rooted in the same philosophy that started it all: creating joyful dance floors where music and community come first.
