Artist, producer, and songwriter KATYA is known for her refreshingly personal solo performances where she combines her soulful vocals, layered guitar and keys with electronic beats, jazz overtones and atmospheric soundscapes, courtesy of numerous triggered effects. KATYA independently secured a slot on one of Glastonbury’s main stages (Acoustic Stage) for three consecutive years (2023–2025). She’s appeared at numerous major UK festivals, including the Main Stage at Truck Festival, supported Paul Carrack on his 22-date UK tour (including the Royal Albert Hall), and sold out headline shows at Green Note and The Grace in 2025. KATYA’s EP ‘Spirit Of Your Roots’ – released in April – has been endorsed by BBC Radio 1’s Future Artists, BBC Introducing and Spotify editorials including The Gold List, [untitled] and Fresh Finds. 2026 looks to be a big year as she releases her debut album and collaborates further with prominent artists including Jordan Rakei. KATYA’s passion lies in the creation and live performance of her music where, at one moment she stills a sea of people and then brings them to their feet dancing and singing her catchy, uplifting lyrics.
