Alternative rock band Lorem Ipsum blends influences from The Smiths, The Strokes, Wire, and PJ Harvey into a unique sound. Known for their energetic live shows, the band delivers punchy basslines, explosive drums, catchy guitar riffs, and bold vocals with cheeky lyrics. After performing on Dutch radio stations KINK FM and 3FM, a national club tour with BLANKO, and opening for Joker Out at Tivolivredenburg, Lorem Ipsum released their debut album 'Flat Caps And Rain Macs', celebrated with a packed show at Bitterzoet, Amsterdam. Their fresh sound and evolving style led to a successful Popronde tour, with 25 shows nationwide and recognition as OOR Music Magazine talents.
