Formed in 2025, Lost Over Love began as a passion project in high school between best friends. Blending elements of emo pop-punk with modern pop/rock, the members of Lost Over Love draw from their own life experiences, writing songs that explore young romance, heartbreak, late-night thoughts, abuse, and abandonment. Lost Over Love brings a unique, electric energy to the live pop/rock scene, having performed on multiple stages from Los Angeles, the band’s hometown, to San Diego including at SDSU. The band continues to wow audiences while building a loyal and enthusiastic fanbase.
