Combining his innate passion for hip-hop and underground rap together with electronic music, worldwide acclaimed DJ & producer, and now "Take Notes" label owner Mahony has taken the house and minimal scene by storm over the last few years. Romanian by birth - world citizen by choice - as a young gun, he was already resident of Bucharest's iconic Kristal Club, serving the world’s top talent with proper eclectic & classy selections. Thus, he gained the street cred required to become a regular mainstay at the ever-popular Sunwaves festival while releasing his music on esteemed labels like Vatos Locos, Tamango Records, and Mindshake. Strong cultural roots, consistently minimalistic yet varied groovy DJ Sets, and worldwide connections come together to witness the opening of his label “Take Notes” - a haven for proper club music.
