Matthew Herd is a Scottish songwriter, composer and saxophonist living in London. He writes for and performs with Seafarers, whose debut album will be released in autumn 2020. Matthew performs regularly with the Misha Mullov-Abbado Group, Also with percussionist Will Glaser, and with pianist Tom Taylor. From time to time he plays with DJ Yoda, and the Patchwork Jazz Orchestra. Matthew is Musician in Residence at Habs Boys’ School co-directs the Habs Jazz Summer School.
