Hailing from the vibrant heart of South East England, Melody Fusion Tribe (MFT) is a London-based music collective blending the infectious rhythms of 60s funk, the raw energy of rock, and the soulful grooves of afrobeats. Since forming in 2024, MFT has played across London and beyond, from Soho’s Spice of Life and 93 Feet East to a standout set at the Zimbabwean Heritage Festival, and now holds a residency at 45th and 7th Rooftop with Sapiosocials. They believe music is best enjoyed live and in the moment, where time stands still and melodies reign supreme. Their latest single, “Lupita,” was longlisted for the Aesthetica Film Festival New Music Stage 2026. Their debut EP, Low Light Theory, is out 5th November 2026, a multi-genre journey that asks what happens when we sit in the shade and face the music.
