An underground contemporary jazz artist.
Mike Outram is a guitarist, improviser and composer. He has toured internationally and recorded with Steven Wilson, Carleen Anderson, Tim Garland, Theo Travis, Steve Lawson, Robert Fripp, Jo Harman, Laura Rossi, Herbie Mann, Hadrian Feraud, Hamish Stuart, Stefan Redtenbacher, Keith Carlock, John Ashton Thomas, Jeremy Stacey, Corey Wong, Tony Remy, Mike Farris & Nikki Iles. As well as performing & recording Mike is also a teacher on the jazz courses at The Royal Academy of Music & The Guildhall School of Music in London, and in 2014 he opened his online guitar lessons site ‘Electric Campfire’. The Campfire is now a community of over 700 students with over 30 courses & challenges that aim to inspire your creativity in jazz rock & improvisation. More here: https://www.mikeoutram.com
