Nathan Frederic is a country singer based in the San Fernando Valley, blending elements of late 60s folk, honky tonk, and classic rock. Obsessed with the analogue sound, Nathan uses old fashioned recording techniques to make his songs as organic as possible. Originally inspired by Elliott Smith to start writing songs on his acoustic guitar, his music has since been shaped by classic country and folk like John Prine and Gram Parsons, as well as more modern lo-fi americana acts such as The Silver Jews.
