Nick Acid
A high-energy, polished acid techno artist.
Emerging from the harder edges of electronic dance music, German DJ and producer Nick Acid has been crafting his sound since 2006 under various aliases. Since 2020 Nick has become a rising force in the international Techno scene. 2024 saw a breakout moment with the release of "The A-Side", a collaboration with Miss N-Traxx on T78’s AUTEKTONE. The track gained widespread support, with regular plays by artists like Anna Reusch, cementing his presence among the genre’s heavy hitters. Throughout the year, Nick released five more singles and delivered a standout remix for none other than Marie Vaunt. His debut on KURAI RECORDS with "Oblivion" (feat. Miss N-Traxx) turned heads, receiving support from HARDWELL, AMELIE LENS, and MARIE VAUNT herself. Further releases on KURAI, a collaboration with Patrick Scuro on ANIMARUM, and consistent momentum positioned Nick as one to watch. Kicking off 2025, Nick dropped his mini-album "Acid Filez" via Neptun Records, continuing to showcase his signature acid-driven sound. In March, he united with French producer Moxia for "Kick Drum" on KURAI RECORDS — another club weapon supported by names like HARDWELL and MADDIX. More EPs on KURAI, AUTEKTONE, and ANIMARUM have followed, underlining his fast-growing discography and expanding influence. With a sound that blends classic acid textures, modern peak-time energy, and underground spirit, NICK ACID is not just playing Techno — he's shaping it.
