Anyone who has experienced Nina Sofie live knows that a violin can be so much more than classical music. As an electric violinist, she combines virtuosic violin playing with modern sounds, bringing her very own style to the stage, ranging from EDM to ROCK. With her energetic presence, she captivates the audience from the very first second. She has already proven several times that her music can make an impact internationally. Among other highlights, she shared the stage with Hans Zimmer at the Dubai Opera and performed with Lindsey Stirling in Verona. At the Electric Love Festival, she performed in front of around 10,000 people, and she also thrilled the audience at the Linzer Kronefest. Nina Sofie is creative off stage as well: she writes and produces her own songs, which are available on all major streaming platforms. She is also highly successful on social media, with more than 540,000 followers on Instagram. She has appeared as a musician in an Amazon Prime film and was involved with Kommissar Rex both as a composer/performer for the soundtrack and on camera. For her work to date, she was even selected for the Forbes “30 Under 30” list. She is currently working on her own show with a live band, which will soon be brought to audiences on her own tour. What is taking shape is a powerful fusion of violin, beats, rock, and an incredible amount of energy. Further international collaborations are also in the works.
